The after-sales care service we offer is the clasp in the chain between our company and our customers. For this reason, it is a key element of our business. Thanks to over 40 years of experience in the industry, we are able to promptly and competently service and repair our machines.

If you are located close to our headquarters, you can come directly to our premises where we will perform repairs or,

if you are unable to come to our premises, one of our technicians will collect the machine and return it once repaired. Elsewhere in Italy, you can make use of our many partner care centres. Please contact us for further information.

If you require spare parts or accessories for our machines, you can come directly to our premises at Via Popilia no. 45C, Rimini.

Alternatively, we can ship the goods to wherever you may be. Within Italy, shipping times by express courier are 24/48 hours while, for foreign countries, they are 4/5 working days.
