DISCS TO SLICE
The cutting discs used for slicing are: P2 – P3,5 – P5

DISC P2
Allows you to obtain a cutting thickness of 2 mm. It is the most used disc for preparing:
-
chips - mushrooms
- onions

DISC P3,5
Allows you to obtain a cutting thickness of 3,5 mm. It is the most used disc for preparing:
- onions
- mushrooms
- Carrots
- Aubergines
- Courgettes
- Cucumbers

DISC P5
It is used for cutting all foods such as the P2 and P3,5 discs (Mushrooms, Onion, Carrots, Aubergines, Courgettes, Cucumbers…); but having a half-moon blade iis the most used disc for slicing:
- Tomatoes (even ripe ones)

DISC E14
N.B.: The E8 – E10 – E 14 cutting discs are mainly used in combinations with other discs. However, they can also be used individually if you want to obtain a slice with a thickness of 8 mm. – 10 mm. – 14 mm.

DISCS TO FRAY AND GRATE
The cutting disc used for grate is V
The cutting discs used for fray are Z7 – Z2 – Z3 – Z4
The last three allows to obtain the “Julienne” cut

Allows to grate:
- Dry bread
- Parmigiano

DISC Z7
Allows to fray:
- Mozzarella
- Hard cheeses

Allows to fray and obtain the “Jullienne” cut of:
- Carrots
- Sauerkraut

DISCS TO DICE
The cutting discs are equipped with a dicing grid (PS8 – PS10 – PS12 – PS20)
These must work in combination with the following cutting discs:

DISC E14

DISC PS8
It is used in combination with the E8 disc and allows you to obtain an 8×8 mm cube.

DISC PS10
It is used in combination with the E10 disc and allows you to obtain an 10×10 mm cube.

DISC PS12
It is used in combination with the E10 disc and allows you to obtain an 12×10 mm cube.

DISC PS20
It is used in combination with the E14 disc and allows you to obtain an 14×20 mm cube.
These discs are mainly used for the preparation of Minestrone and Russian salad; it is also possible to make fruit cubes to prepare fruit salad. The best combination of discs to obtain this product is: E10+PS10 or E10+PS12. Allows to dice:
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Courgettes
- Pear
- Apple

DISCS TO CUT STRIPS
The discs to cut strips (B6 – B8 – B10), as for the discs to dice, must be used in combination with the following cutting discs

It is used in combination with the E8 disc and allows you to obtain an 6×8 mm cube.

DISC B8
It is used in combination with the E8 disc and allows you to obtain an 8×8 mm cube.

It is used in combination with the E10 disc and allows you to obtain an 10×10 mm cube.

DISCS TO MATCHSTICK CUT
With the matchstick cut discs you obtain a products more curved compared to cut strips discs.
However, these discs are more used than the other, because you use them individualy and you have a
lower product waste
Discs to matchstick cut are:

DISC PP4
Allows to obtain a matchstick cut 4×4 mm. It is the most used disc for preparing fried fish.
- Carrots
- Courgettes
- Aubergines

DISC PP8
Allows to obtain a matchstick cut 8×8 mm. It is the most used disc for preparing french fries

DISC PP10
Allows to obtain a matchstick cut 10×10 mm.
